Organizational Structure CEO vs President

Typically an LLC such as mine has a president, vice president, and managers to coordinate, develop and manage the company. However for my LLC we chose to go with the Chief Exec Officer (CEO), myself, and Chief Operating Officer, my partner Eric, route. There are traditions and there are rules and as far as I've seen it's your business and you can title your management officials what ever way you choose. That's the beauty of owning your own company.....
