Workin it out..

I've been hitting the gym for years now trying to keep in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle. With that said I think it's extremely important to workout at least 3-4 times a week when developing business which demands a large portion of your days time. Being fit will give you the energy to stay up later and motivation to be more productive because you're not an exhausted chunky trunks. 30-40 minutes a day of weights and cardio will go a long way.
